On custom orders, once the non-refundable deposit is received, the timing of completion will be based upon the supplies required and stock on hand.

Typically it would take 1-2 weeks unless my supplier is delayed on anything I may have to order. Otherwise, normal process should take 1-2 weeks, sometimes less.

On the round wreaths, there are definitely small, medium, and large, and even an extra large. The finished sizes on those are approximately small = 20" medium = 25" , large = 30", and extra large = 36".

There are two sizes for the heart, a medium = 28" and a large = 34" .

The square one makes about a 24" wreath.

The oval is about 24".

The swag is 36"-38".

Premade wreaths will be boxed and shipped the following BUSINESS day.

Email would be my primary preference and cell would be second. Since I use my cell phone for both business and personal, if I don't recognize a number I may not answer it; especially with so many spam calls these days.

All materials used are of high quality and considered durable to moderate outdoor exposure.

My recommendation would be if you plan on hanging your wreath on an outside door that it needs to have an overhang above it as it would not be safe from a drastic downpour.

All creations are sprayed with an acrylic protectant to help guard against the elements which includes fading, moisture, and insects.

This should give your product a good life of approximately 2-3 seasons or more depending upon how well it is stored in between seasons. I suggest a climate-controlled environment. Additional spraying will also increase its life.

All sales are final on custom orders. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom orders. Once the product is completed and photos are sent with the customer's acceptance, there will not be a refund.

If the product is damaged upon arrival, the customer will need to contact me within 2 days of receiving the product. I will require photos of the damaged item to be sent prior to initiating a return.

The item will need to be returned in its original packaging.

Upon receiving the returned item I will either repair or replace it. It will then be sent back within as much of a reasonable time as possible.

I understand situations arise and cancellations are necessary. In the event I accept a cancellation, there will be a 20% non-refundable restocking fee for orders cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee will be assessed due to materials being purchased and creation scheduling.
